We have just added an incredibly powerful tool to the Sharing Links arsenal of tricks. It is called the Sharing Links Browser Search, and it lets you search your own bookmarks (and the recommendations of the Sharing Links community) right from your browser.
You will need Internet Explorer 7 or Firefox 2 for this to work, but with a simple click to install, this new addition is really “da bomb!”
Here is the install page. It includes a few screenshots to show you exactly what to expect.

It works just fine.
I just need a wee-bit more practice using this powerful tool!
Thank You,
J. Nobel
This is neat. I am sure it will be very useful. I wished I had more time to spend on the internet.
Thanks a lot,
Mary
Your website is blocking me from registering.
I am trying to use the sharing browser and I think I am doing it correctly. I would like to know how to get to others that have also shared sites. This is a terrific tool. Thanks for sharing.
Peg,
I’m glad you like it. Let’s see if I understand your question.
1) Clicking on “My Bookmarks” only shows you your own sites.
2) There are several ways to see others sites. First, you can click on the logo from any page. Second, you can use the search box and specify “all sites.” Third you can click on a tag while you are browsing all public sites. (If you click on a tag WHILE you are looking at just your sites, you will see ONLY your sites)
I hope this gives you some more ideas about how to explore the site.
fantastic!!!
Cannot get link to open for adding the browser search for sharing links. Any suggestions?
