Adding new bookmarks to SharingLinks while you are surfing is as easy as clicking your mouse.
But before you can use this one-click method, you need to drag one of our bookmarklets to your browser toolbar. But that’s easy too, and I’m going to show you how.
To find the bookmarklets, go to “Add a Bookmark” and scroll down about mid-page to “Bookmarklets.” There are two bookmarklets: one will open SharingLinks in a pop-up window and the other will open SharingLinks in your current window. I like the pop-one better, and I bet you will too. But you can always add both, and try them yourself.
To install a bookmarklet, simply drag (keeping the mouse button depressed) the bookmarklet to the Bookmark Toolbar at top of your browser. You will know you are in the correct place when you see the cursur turn into this little arrow and box thingy.
That’s it!
Now, I will show you how easy it is to use.
Let’s say you at CNN.com, and decide this is a site that needs to be bookmarked. Simply Click the “Post to Sharing Links” link we just installed, then write a description, add a few tags, and click “Add Bookmark.:
Here’s an important tip. You can make bookmarking easier by being choosing “Don’t ask for my password for 2 weeks” when you login. This will prevent you from having to re-enter your password while bookmarking and surfing.
